Can I use my HSA or FSA card?▼
Yes. Telehealth consultations and many of our prescribed medications are eligible for HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payment. Your HSA/FSA debit card works like any other card at checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?▼
Yes. All subscription plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
What's included in the subscription price?▼
The monthly subscription fee covers physician services: your initial evaluation, ongoing monthly clinical check-ins, dose titration, unlimited secure portal messaging, and routing your prescription through the manufacturer's pharmacy savings program (NovoCare or LillyDirect). GLP-1 medications are billed separately through those programs at manufacturer-direct prices. Other medications (ED, hair loss, dermatology, peptides) are included in the subscription.
Are the consultation and medication separate for GLP-1 programs?▼
Yes — for GLP-1 weight management programs, the physician service fee ($79–$149/month) and medication are separate charges. GLP-1 medications are FDA-approved branded products (Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Foundayo) billed through NovoCare or LillyDirect manufacturer savings programs. This model gives you manufacturer-quality medications at transparent, manufacturer-direct pricing. For ED, hair loss, dermatology, and other programs, medication is included in the subscription price.
Is shipping included?▼
Shipping for non-GLP-1 subscription medications (ED, hair loss, dermatology, peptides) is included. For GLP-1 medications routed through NovoCare or LillyDirect, shipping is handled and priced by those programs — typically included in the medication price or minimal cost. Ask your physician about current shipping terms at your initial consultation.
