Where can I see a YourMD physician?
YourMD serves adults age 18 and older in Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Wisconsin. You must be physically located in a supported state at the time of your visit.
Who provides my care?
Dr. Teja Surapaneni, MD is a physician with United Medical Group. Credentials: Board-Certified Internal Medicine. A licensed clinician evaluates your health information and determines whether a visit, treatment, or prescription is appropriate.
What care can I request?
Request a general telehealth consultation or explore physician-guided programs for weight management, men's health, hair restoration, dermatology, and longevity. Availability and clinical suitability determine which visit format and treatment can be offered.
What does a treatment program cost?
Monthly physician care fees start at $79 for weight management, $29 for men's health, $29 for hair restoration, $39 for dermatology, and $29 for longevity. Medication is never included in the care fee: GLP-1 medication is billed separately by the manufacturer pharmacy or your insurance, generic prescriptions are paid to the pharmacy that fills them, and a compounded medication is quoted to you as a final price proposal (medication + shipping + care) that you accept, and you make one payment to YourMD for that proposal. Labs, imaging, and outside specialist services are separate unless specifically included. Review the selected plan before enrolling. General visits have separate pricing.
Can I see a physician immediately?
On-demand visits depend on a physician being online and accepting patients. Your portal shows current options, including scheduled appointments and asynchronous consultation when clinically appropriate. This page does not show live appointment availability or guarantee same-day care.
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. A clinician must determine that treatment is appropriate. YourMD does not prescribe controlled substances or compounded GLP-1 medications. YourMD does not provide emergency medical services; call 911 for a medical emergency.
