When you start directly with a DTC treatment program in the patient catalog, its price includes the program's initial clinical evaluation. There is no additional $60 consultation fee for that evaluation.
YourMD services are cash-pay; we do not bill insurance. Review the selected plan's price, billing frequency and inclusions before enrolling. Membership prices cover care only, not medication, shipping, lab testing or imaging. Your chosen pharmacy and testing facility bill you or your insurance separately; coverage is not guaranteed. Any separately offered medication proposal must list its charges for your review before payment.
General telehealth visits: $60 for your first consultation, whether video, audio, chat or async. Established-patient general visits are $50 video, $40 audio and $20 chat/async. These visit rates are separate from DTC program pricing.
Enrollment does not guarantee a prescription. A clinician reviews your health information and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Compounded medications, where offered, are not FDA-approved.

What ongoing care means
For plans with included async follow-up, send treatment updates, questions and photos through your patient portal. Your clinician reviews them without requiring a scheduled appointment and may request a phone or video visit when needed.
Concierge adds prior-authorization support, labs coordination and priority scheduling to Essential's physician check-ins, prescription management and pharmacy coordination. Lab testing and medication remain separate charges. Insurance approval and medication availability are not guaranteed.
Before payment, review the prescribed product, quantity, delivery schedule, renewal terms and separate costs. A different medication or plan can have a different price. Do not assume that a pharmacy's introductory discount continues at every dose.
