YourMD Online, LLC is a technology services company, not a medical practice. YourMD does not employ physicians or other clinicians, does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not dispense medication. All clinical services accessed through this platform are delivered exclusively by independent licensed healthcare providers practicing through United Medical Group and its affiliated physicians ("Providers").
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourMD Online, LLC disclaims all liability for any medical decision, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, dispensing, clinical outcome, or provider conduct occurring in connection with the platform.
You acknowledge and agree that:
YourMD Providers are licensed in Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Wisconsin. You must be physically present in one of these states at the time of each encounter. Additional state-specific rules apply:
Laws and regulations change. To the extent any state-specific rule conflicts with this Agreement, the state rule controls for encounters occurring in that state, but only as to that conflict.
YourMD Providers do not prescribe controlled substances of any kind through this platform, including but not limited to opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, hypnotics, testosterone, anabolic steroids, human growth hormone (HGH), ketamine, or any Schedule I–V controlled substance as defined by the federal Controlled Substances Act or by state law. Requests for such medications will be declined and may be logged for safety and compliance review.
The platform offers optional DTC subscription programs for non-controlled, commonly-prescribed medications in the following categories ("Subscription Services"):
Subscription Services require a telehealth consultation and clinical evaluation before any medication is prescribed. Purchase of a subscription does not guarantee that a Provider will prescribe the requested medication. A Provider may decline to prescribe based on medical history, contraindications, or clinical judgment, with no further obligation.
All prescription medications carry risk. Before purchasing or accepting any Subscription Service, you acknowledge and accept the following category-level risks, which are not exhaustive and do not substitute for the medication guide or the Provider's individualized counseling:
You acknowledge that you have disclosed to your Provider every relevant medical history item, current medication, supplement, allergy, and pregnancy status, and that any omission or misrepresentation may result in serious harm for which YourMD and the Provider disclaim all liability.
Certain Subscription Services (including sublingual troches for erectile dysfunction, PT-141 troches, NAD+ and B12 + MIC injections, and custom topical formulations) are dispensed as patient-specific compounded preparations by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy (for example Hallandale Pharmacy or Valiant Compounding Pharmacy); the dispensing pharmacy is named on your prescription label. These compounded preparations are not FDA-approved finished drug products and do not undergo the same premarket review as manufactured products. You acknowledge that compounded medications:
GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, orforglipron) are not available as compounded products through YourMD. All GLP-1 prescriptions are for FDA-approved branded medications dispensed by manufacturer-direct pharmacies only.
A completed consultation means the clinician has completed the patient evaluation, communicated the assessment and care plan to the patient, and submitted the encounter note. This applies to video, phone, live chat and asynchronous consultations. For async care, the written clinical response must be delivered through the patient portal. Intake submission, payment, scheduling, opening a chart, preliminary review or an unanswered call alone does not complete a consultation.
A completed consultation remains chargeable when the clinician determines that no prescription is appropriate or recommends in-person care. Payment purchases professional evaluation, not a prescription or a guaranteed result. We honor any more favorable refund promise in the terms accepted for the purchase.
We refund undelivered consultations, consultations prevented by practice or platform failure, duplicate or erroneous charges, and renewal charges made after a valid cancellation took effect. A missed or cancelled appointment does not by itself justify retaining the full visit fee. Any separate attendance fee must have been effective, disclosed and acknowledged before booking; the proposed $45 no-show policy is not activated by this page.
Subscription inclusions are stated in the selected plan and checkout. Medication, shipping and lab costs are included only when expressly listed; they are not included in care-only memberships. Acne Care covers physician care and monthly async updates; your chosen retail pharmacy and local lab bill you or your insurance separately. YourMD does not pay or reimburse those charges.
Cancel a subscription in the patient portal, by emailing support@yourmd.online, or by calling (702) 430-7801. Cancellation stops future renewals and carries no subscription cancellation, early-termination or reinstatement fee. Current-period refunds remain available for undelivered services and the exceptions in the Refund Policy. Separate appointment attendance fees are not subscription cancellation fees.
Existing subscribers keep the price for a paid term. We provide at least 90 days' advance notice before an increase to an existing subscriber's price, including a migration that increases it, and apply it no earlier than a subsequent renewal after that notice. A plan retirement without a price increase requires at least 60 days' notice. Other material billing-policy changes require at least 60 days' notice and do not apply retroactively. A longer notice or more favorable promise already accepted is honored.
Please contact support about billing errors so we can help promptly. Contacting us first is encouraged, not required to exercise lawful bank or card-issuer dispute rights. A good-faith dispute is not a breach of these terms and does not by itself trigger a penalty or loss of access to medical records. Do not wait for our response if an issuer deadline is approaching.
See the Refund Policy for refund exceptions, requests and processing times. These billing provisions replace conflicting chart-review-only, blanket final-sale and dispute-before-support restrictions on this page. Previously accepted more favorable terms remain honored.
If you access the platform through a referral link or code from a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or other referral source, you acknowledge that: (a) the referring party does not receive financial compensation from YourMD for the referral; (b) your clinical care is provided independently by YourMD Providers without influence from the referring party; (c) any promotional discount applied to your account through a referral code is a patient benefit and is not contingent upon any payment to the referring party; and (d) we may track the referral source for internal analytics. Your relationship with the referring provider is separate from your relationship with YourMD. See the Referral Program Disclaimer for the complete compliance framework.
YourMD does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal health information or protected health information to any third party for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose. We do not permit third-party advertising trackers to access patient health data on our platform.
Services are currently available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Pediatric and adolescent care is not offered at this time and is planned as we grow our physician team. To use the platform, you must:

Consultation fees are currently priced at $60 for a new-patient first consultation, and for established patients $50 (video), $40 (audio), or $20 (chat) per session, subject to change. Chronic-care plans (diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, heart failure) are priced separately at $99 initial, $49 follow-up, and $25 refill. Subscription pricing is shown in the table below and on the treatments page. You authorize YourMD and its payment processors to charge your designated payment method for all fees, applicable taxes, and shipping where relevant. Failed payments may result in suspension of services.

All content on the platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, and compiled clinical protocols, is owned by or licensed to YourMD Online, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for receiving healthcare services. Any other use, including scraping, reverse-engineering, or redistribution, is prohibited.

Prescriptions issued by United Medical Group physicians are processed through YourMDRx, an e-prescribing platform operated by YourMD Online, LLC as the contracted technology platform for United Medical Group. The physician makes all prescribing decisions; YourMDRx is the tool used to transmit and manage those prescriptions.
YourMDRx performs drug interaction and allergy contraindication checks using the YourMD Drug Database (yourmd.online). Only the drug name is transmitted — no PHI, no patient identifiers. Your allergy and health information is checked locally within the HIPAA-compliant patient record system. The drug database is a decision support tool; all prescribing decisions remain with the licensed UMG physician.
Some medications may require prior authorization (PA) from your insurer. When required, United Medical Group will determine PA requirements, submit requests containing clinically required information via HIPAA-compliant secure fax (under a signed BAA with our fax service provider), track PA status, and provide documentation for appeals. PA approval is at the insurer’s sole discretion.
Prescriptions are transmitted to compounding pharmacy partners (under executed BAAs), branded manufacturer programs (NovoCare for Novo Nordisk; LillyDirect for Eli Lilly), or retail pharmacies via our network directory.
YourMD Online, LLC operates the telehealth platform and YourMDRx as an independent technology contractor to United Medical Group, PLLC. United Medical Group is the licensed medical practice solely responsible for all clinical services, prescribing decisions, and physician-patient relationships. YourMD Online, LLC does not practice medicine. In any malpractice action, medical board proceeding, or clinical dispute, the responsible party is the treating physician and United Medical Group, PLLC. United Medical Group maintains professional liability and malpractice insurance through MagMutual. Both entities maintain cyber liability insurance covering the telehealth platform and associated data systems.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YourMD Online, LLC, United Medical Group, their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, their licensed Providers, compounding-pharmacy and fulfillment partners, payment processors, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, damages, losses, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expert witness fees and court costs, arising out of or related to:
YourMD reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate fully in asserting any available defenses. This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of this Agreement and your use of the platform.
Certain AI-powered tools (including AskUnitedMedicalAI, the diagnostic companion, drug interaction checker, lab interpreter, medical dictation, and other clinical assistants) are offered by YourMD's affiliated AI-native platform at www.yourmd.online and are subject to the separate AI Terms of Service posted at that site. You acknowledge and agree that:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) which preempts any state law that would restrict or prohibit arbitration.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the platform shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
You and YourMD agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void and the dispute shall be resolved in court — but still without the right to a class action.
Filing fees: For claims of $10,000 or less, YourMD will pay all AAA administrative fees. For claims over $10,000, fees are allocated per AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Fee-shifting for abusive claims: Under Nevada Revised Statutes § 18.010 and the AAA fee-shifting provisions, a party who pursues a claim without reasonable basis in law or fact — or who refuses a reasonable settlement offer and then fails to obtain a better result in arbitration — may be required to pay the other party's attorneys' fees and costs. YourMD will actively seek fee recovery in all such cases.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@yourmd.online within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, email address, and a statement that you are opting out. Opting out does not affect any other term of this Agreement.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or to prevent imminent harm. This arbitration agreement survives termination of your account and any clinical or purchase relationship.
YourMD may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 1, 4.3, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14) shall survive.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version at this URL. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notice.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, HIPAA Notice, and any applicable product-specific consents, constitutes the entire agreement between you and YourMD with respect to the subject matter herein.
You consent to receive communications from YourMD and your Providers electronically, including via email, SMS, and in-platform messaging. You agree that electronic signatures, consents, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
What we send. If you request an on-demand visit and every physician licensed in your state is already with a patient, you join a virtual queue. If you have given us a mobile number and ticked the optional consent box when you made the request, we send one text message at the moment a physician becomes available for you.
How often. One message per visit request, sent only at that single moment. We do not text you about your position in the line, and we do not text you about products, offers, or promotions. These are transactional service messages about care you asked for — never marketing.
What the message contains. It does not name your physician, your reason for visiting, or any clinical information, so nothing private appears on your lock screen. It tells you your visit is ready and directs you to the patient portal, which is behind your login.
Consent is optional and costs you nothing. You choose whether to receive these texts when you provide your mobile number. If you decline, you still receive the same notification in your patient portal and by email, so you will not miss your turn. Consent applies to the visit request you made; it is not a standing subscription.
The sending number does not receive replies. Messages are sent from a toll-free number that is outbound only — nobody reads replies to it. To reach us, call 914-996-8763 or message your physician in the patient portal. Never send clinical information, symptoms, or an emergency to that number. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You may also decline at the time of each request. Opting out of texts does not affect your portal or email notifications, your care, or your account.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. YourMD does not charge for these messages.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
