No. YourMD Telehealth is a direct-to-consumer, cash-pay practice. We do not accept commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. We do not bill insurance companies and we do not submit claims on your behalf.
Our pricing is transparent and displayed upfront. Many patients find our rates competitive with — or lower than — typical insurance copays after deductible considerations.
In most cases, yes. Federal legislation permits HSA and FSA use for qualified telehealth services. YourMD accepts HSA and FSA cards as payment methods, subject to your plan’s specific rules. Consult your HSA/FSA administrator if you have questions about eligibility for any specific service.
After each visit, you receive a receipt that includes provider information, date of service, and (where applicable) diagnosis and procedure codes. You may submit this receipt to your insurance company as an out-of-network claim. Reimbursement is entirely between you and your insurance company; YourMD does not coordinate with insurers and cannot guarantee reimbursement.

United Medical Group, PLLC is the Nevada professional medical group that provides all clinical services on YourMD Telehealth. The group is led by Dr. Teja V. Surapaneni, MD, MS, a board-certified internal medicine physician (ABIM) licensed in Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Wisconsin, with more than ten years of clinical telehealth experience serving over 10,000 patients.
YourMD Telehealth is currently a solo-physician practice. As we grow, any additional clinicians we bring on will be board-certified, independently credentialed, and added to this page. Our credentialing standards include verification of active state medical licensure, board certification, NPI registration, malpractice insurance, and no adverse disciplinary history.

Our DTC subscription pricing is transparent and designed to be competitive at list price. We periodically offer promotional pricing on new treatment categories; active promotions are displayed on the relevant treatment page. HSA and FSA payment are accepted for qualified services.
