These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of all AI-powered features, applications, and digital services (the "AI Services") provided by YourMD Online LLC ("we," "our," "us") on the website www.YourMD.online (the "Platform").
By using any AI application on this platform, including but not limited to symptom checkers, health assistants, knowledge search tools (e.g. "Ask United Medical Group AI"), chatbots, virtual companions, or automated recommendation systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. NON-MEDICAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER
- All AI-powered tools on this Platform are for informational and educational purposes only.
- These tools do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical judgment.
- Any health-related content generated by the AI is based on general patterns and not tailored to your individual health history.
- Do not rely on AI outputs for medical emergencies or critical decision-making. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional from United Medical Group or your own provider for actual care.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that:
- YourMD Online LLC does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
- Any decisions you make based on AI-generated information are made at your own risk.
- We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from:
- Reliance on AI-generated responses
- Delay or failure of the AI application
- Misinterpretation of outputs by the user
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release and hold harmless YourMD Online LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from your use of the AI Services.
3. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
Use of our AI applications does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and YourMD Online LLC, nor between you and United Medical Group providers unless a formal telehealth consultation is scheduled and conducted through our platform.
4. PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING
- Data entered into our AI tools may be analyzed, processed, and stored for system improvement, training, or support purposes.
- While we follow HIPAA-aligned security practices, no AI system is immune to breach risks.
- Do not enter personal health identifiers unless explicitly prompted in a secure environment (e.g., during live provider consultations).

5. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to misuse or abuse the AI tools, including but not limited to:
