2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that:

• YourMD Online LLC does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
• Any decisions you make based on AI-generated information are made at your own risk.
• We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from:
  • Reliance on AI-generated responses
  • Delay or failure of the AI application
  • Misinterpretation of outputs by the user
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release and hold harmless YourMD Online LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from your use of the AI Services.

3. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP

Use of our AI applications does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and YourMD Online LLC, nor between you and United Medical Group providers unless a formal telehealth consultation is scheduled and conducted through our platform.

4. PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

• AI tools on www.yourmd.online are intended for general health information and educational queries. They are not a secure PHI-handling environment.
• Do not enter protected health information (PHI), personal health identifiers, or other identifying medical details into open AI chat interfaces on www.yourmd.online. PHI should only be shared inside your authenticated YourMD Telehealth patient portal during a clinical encounter.
• Prompts and outputs from open AI tools on www.yourmd.online may be logged for quality improvement, safety monitoring, and model evaluation. These logs are not used to train third-party foundation models. We do not sell prompt data.
• When an AI tool is invoked by a licensed Provider inside the authenticated telehealth platform at telehealth.yourmd.online (for example, clinical decision support or documentation assistance), any PHI in the interaction is governed by our HIPAA Privacy Policy and applicable Business Associate Agreements, and is not used to train third-party models.
• While we follow HIPAA-aligned security practices, no digital system is immune to breach risk.

5. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to misuse or abuse the AI tools, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer the model
• Entering false, misleading, or illegal content
• Using AI services to violate laws, threaten others, or simulate diagnosis without consent
• Uploading viruses, malicious code, or engaging in system disruption

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, algorithms, and AI-generated responses remain the property of YourMD Online LLC and its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify AI outputs without our express permission except for personal use.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use our AI applications after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute shall be in Las Vegas, Nevada.
