YourMD Telehealth is new — we just launched. If you've been a patient, your honest review on Google helps other people find physician-led care that prioritizes clinical depth over volume. If you're considering becoming a patient, this page tells you what to expect.
Three steps. Takes 60 seconds.
Search “YourMD Telehealth” or go directly to our Google Business profile.
Select your star rating (we aim for 5) and write a few sentences about your experience.
That's it. Your review is public on Google and helps other patients find us.
Opens Google search. Click “Write a review” on our business profile.
We read every message. Dr. Surapaneni personally reviews feedback that flags clinical concerns.
Active patients can message Dr. Surapaneni directly from the patient portal.
Patient Portal →Anything that hasn't gone right with your care deserves a direct conversation.
Email with “Clinical Concern”If your review mentions specific clinical outcomes (amount of weight lost, side effects, how your physician handled a dose adjustment), that helps other patients make informed decisions. If your review mentions the logistical experience (shipping time, customer support responsiveness, how easy the intake was), that helps us improve the service. Both matter. Reviews that describe your actual experience — good or bad — are more useful than generic star ratings.
Review disclosure. YourMD Telehealth does not solicit, pay for, or offer any incentive in exchange for reviews. All reviews on Google are from verified users per Google's review policies. Dr. Surapaneni's career telehealth figures include encounters at prior employers (Teladoc Health, Sound Physicians hospitalist service) and his private telehealth practice, not exclusively YourMD Telehealth.
