We built this telehealth EHR over five years (starting in 2019) with one goal: physician-quality care that's still accessible. We could open to all four of Dr. Surapaneni's licensed states on day one, but we'd rather start with one, get every part of the patient experience right — live video consults, custom compounded prescriptions, lab monitoring, follow-up messaging — and then expand. Nevada is first. Wisconsin, Washington, and Oregon follow as we scale responsibly. Nationwide expansion is our long-term goal.
