We built this telehealth EHR over five years (starting in 2019) with one goal: physician-quality care that's still accessible. YourMD is currently open in a beta across Dr. Surapaneni's four licensed states — Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Wisconsin — so we can get every part of the patient experience right: physician consults, prescriptions, lab monitoring, and follow-up messaging. We'll expand to additional states gradually and responsibly as we grow.

What to expect

• Free async consult — a board-certified internal medicine physician reviews your screening before your first prescription, no appointment needed; your physician contacts you if a phone or video visit is needed
• Brand-name GLP-1s only for weight management, with physician-managed titration along the labeled dose ladder
• Compounded preparations where appropriate (3-in-1 topical hair solutions, sublingual ED troches) — prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy (for example Hallandale Pharmacy or Valiant Compounding Pharmacy); the dispensing pharmacy is named on your prescription label. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
• Unlimited physician messaging for dose adjustments and questions
• Wisconsin-licensed prescriber compliant with Wisconsin Statute § 448.03 and Wisconsin Medical Examining Board (Med 24) telemedicine rules
• No controlled substances — no opioids, no stimulants, no benzodiazepines
