Start with the whole picture

Low desire has many causes, including medications, hormones, mood, sleep, pain and relationship factors. Your physician reviews them all before recommending treatment.

PT-141 (bremelanotide) acts on the brain's desire pathways. Our troche form is compounded; it is not FDA-approved.

Treatment options

We do not prescribe BPC-157, CJC-1295, ipamorelin or other blocked peptides. Sermorelin is on hold and not currently prescribed.

PT-141 Troche (Compounded)

$29 / month

Physician care for a compounded PT-141 (bremelanotide) sublingual troche, with blood-pressure screening. Compounded medication add-on: once your physician selects the compounding pharmacy, you receive a final price proposal (medication, shipping and our care fee) to accept before anything is made. You make one payment to YourMD for that proposal; the licensed compounding pharmacy prepares and ships it. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Billing: Renews every month at the displayed plan price. Review renewal and cancellation terms before enrolling.

Separate costs: Care fee only. Medication and outside testing are paid separately.

Use your patient portal for treatment questions and updates. For plans with included async care, no appointment is needed; your clinician may request a phone or video visit. This is not emergency or immediate-response care.

How it works

  1. Complete a free online screening and share photos or history where asked. No appointment is needed.
  2. A board-certified physician reviews your screening and contacts you if a phone or video visit is needed.
  3. If treatment is appropriate, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for your plan.
  4. Send updates and questions through your secure patient portal; your physician adjusts the plan over time.

Is this right for me?

Often a good fit:

  • Adult women with ongoing low sexual desire that causes distress

Not a fit for telehealth:

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease
  • Pregnancy

Frequently asked questions

Is PT-141 FDA-approved?

The compounded troche is not FDA-approved. It is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy named on your prescription label.

What side effects are common?

Nausea and flushing are the most common. Blood pressure can rise briefly, so your physician reviews your heart health first.
