How it works
- Start online and share your history, current medications and recent labs or readings.
- Meet a board-certified internal medicine physician by video, audio or chat.
- Your physician orders any needed labs (Quest or Labcorp) and sends prescriptions to your pharmacy.
- Follow-up visits review your results and readings and adjust treatment.
Is this right for me?
Often a good fit:
- Stable chronic heart failure already followed by a cardiologist
Not a fit for telehealth:
- New or worsening heart failure
- Shortness of breath at rest, sudden weight gain or chest pain
Shortness of breath at rest, sudden weight gain, chest pain or fainting: call 911 or go to the emergency department now, not a telehealth visit.
